Cancellation & Refund Policy

An order placed can be canceled only before the order has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please send us an email with your Order id on punarjeevanat@gmail.com

A refund for a canceled order will be processed within 1-2 working days and the bank may take up to 7-8 working days to credit the amount to your account. 

Once an order is delivered, if you wish to exchange or return a product, you may do so within 3 days of receiving the product. To exchange or return an order, please send us an email with your Order id and a reason for the exchange/ return on punarjeevanat@gmail.com. The product needs to be kept intact in its original packing form. We will arrange a delivery person to come and pick up the product from your address within 2-3 working days of confirming the exchange/ return.
